CARPE DIEM             

A PAINTING  EXHIBITION

This is a welcome opportunity to see new paintings by a talented member of staff after previous exhibitions at Goswell Road Staff Area Gallery, Islington Central Library, Islington Town Hall Assembly Rooms and as part of THE LOUDEST WHISPERS group show at The Conference Centre in 2010.

CARPE DIEM is an explosion of colour, design and abstract expressionism that draws upon the painter’s inspiration of early years in Spain and later Australian influences. Referencing poetry and often involving a dramatic use of space and frames, CARPE DIEM is an exuberant exhibition offering further evidence of a distinct and developing new painter. CARPE DIEM offers an opportunity to seize a moment or two of pure joy involving a painter delighting in the wonder of colour displayed in a unique health care location.
